What the web designer actually ate during a recent week !

Note for those who want to lose weight (just one of the many good reasons for going veggie): This web designer (female) is 5'6" and 120 lb. The week's menu below is quite typical. We also exercise approximately four times per week for a total of about 3.5 hours (mixing aerobic and weight training.) You will see that we occasionally indulge in donuts and have dessert at least once a week.

Sunday - 1/2 grapefruit
- pan fried onions, mushrooms, potatoes

Monday - no breakfast - avocado wrap

Tuesday - cinnamon bun and soy latte - no lunch - tofu turkey

Wednesday - fruit salad - croissant - veggie burger
- spicy fries
Thursday - bagel with peanut butter - sandwich with Yves Veggie "Salami", lettuce, mustard - veg. chili
Friday - oatmeal porridge
- toast
- no lunch - Chinese take-out - rice vegetables, dumplings
Saturday - apple fritter - no lunch - veg. pot pie
- Caesar salad
- apple crisp
