Veggie "kabobs"
on the barbequeMarinate some mushrooms,
cherry tomatoes, green and red pepper slices, onion slices in 1 tbsp. balsamic
vinegar and 2 tbsp. olive oil for approximately 1 hour. Put the vegetables on
skewers and barbeque on medium for approximately 3 minute on each side. Serve
with baked potatoes and tomato slices.
