Spaghetti with
homemade sauce Sauce: - 1 shallot -
3/4 lb. tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped - 2 tbsp fresh parsley,
chopped - 1/2 cup dry white wine - salt and pepper to
taste
Combine ingredients and simmer
for 15 min. Cook separately in olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green
pepper, and a few mushrooms. Combine with the tomato sauce. Add mock meatballs,
if desired, such as Yves Veggie Neatballs orVeggie Patch Portabello
Mushroom Balls.
Cook the spaghetti as
directed and add the sauce.
