Cherry Tomatoes with Risotto
Filling - 18 cherry tomatoes - 1 pkg Lundberg Creamy
Parmesan Risotto - 1/2 cup (120 ml) chopped fresh parsley
Prepare
the risotto according to package instructions and allow to cool. Cut the tops
off the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the inside.
Fill the tomatoes with
risotto and top with sprig of parsley. Makes 18 hors d'oeuvres. |
