Lunches

Changing to vegetarian breakfasts and lunches is a good first step and quite easy to do. Following are just a few suggestions for lunch. You will probably have other ideas of your own.

- veggie burger
- veggie sub sandwich (with or without cheese)
- sandwich of mock "meat", such as Yves Veggie Salami Slices
- a tossed salad with French bread
- portobello mushroom, tomato and chevre sandwich
- cheese, lettuce, tomato sandwich
- peanut butter sandwich
- cucumber, onion, sour cream sandwich on sourdough bread
- soft tortillas with cream cheese, tomatoes, olives, onions, jalapeno peppers
- Nachos - store bought nachos with melted Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, olives, onion, jalapeno peppers, served with sour cream and salsa
- grilled cheese sandwich
- Tofu Salad Sandwiches
