Veggie "Pigs in Blankets" with Plum Sauce

- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 package Yves Veggie Links

Pre-heat the oven to 400F (200C.) Cut each link into 4 pieces. Roll out the puff pastry to about a 12 inch (30 cm) square. Cut the pastry in vertical strips the width of the link pieces. Roll a pastry strip around a link piece until there is just enough pastry to make a seal. Cut the pastry strip and place the wrapped piggie on a baking sheet. Continue with the remaining link pieces. Bake at 400F (200C) for about 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes, place a toothpick in each and serve with plum sauce.
Makes 32 piggies.
