"Hot Mock Beef
Sandwich" - 4 tbsp margarine - 1 pkg Yves Beef Veggie
Tenders (or another similar product) cut into 2" pieces - 2 slices
crusty white bread - 1 cup "beef" flavoured Bisto vegetable stock
Sauté the veggie tenders in 2 tbsp of the margarine to brown
them. Prepare the Bisto according to the package instructions. Lightly
toast the bread and spread with the remaining margarine. Arrange the veggie
tenders on the bread and pour the Bisto over them.
Serve with
pickles and mashed potatoes or French fries. Serves 2.
