Potato Salad


Salad:
- 3 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 radishes, sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped sweet pickles

Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Nayonaise
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2/3 tsp salt
- freshly ground pepper

Combine the first five ingredients in a salad bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and toss with the salad. Chill for two hours before serving. Serves 3-4.
