Greek Salad


- 1/2 head Iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 3 slices red onion, chopped
- 1/2 English cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Mix together the lettuce, olives, onion, cucumber, tomato and feta. Make a vinagrette of the Balsamic vinegar and olive oil and drizzle over the salad. Serves 2.
