Scalloped Potatoes

- 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt, pinch of pepper
Cook the potatoes in salted water for approx. 2 minutes. Drain. Mix the cheese and flour. In a greased casserole dish, layer the potatoes, cheese mixture, and onion slices until all are used. Mix the salt and pepper with the milk and pour over the top. Bake, covered, at 350F for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 45 minutes. Serves 4.
