Vegetable Soup with Matzo
								Balls
 
- 1 pkg Croyden House Dumpling or Matzo Ball
							 Mix
- 1 pkg Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth
- free-run or
							 organic eggs as specified for the matzo ball mix

Prepare the matzo balls
							 and cook in water as specified in the package directions. Meanwhile, warm the
							 broth in a separate pot. When the matzo balls are ready, remove them with a
							 slotted spoon and add to the broth in serving bowls. Serves 4.
