Yves Veggie Skewers,
Grilled Veggies, Baked Potatoes This is a very easy meal to do
on the barbeque. Leave the Yves Veggie Skewers on their own skewers. On
separate ones place some vegetables such as sliced green peppers, sliced onions
(cut in large slices), whole mushrooms, cherry tomatoes. Cook both sets over
medium heat for about 5 minutes, turn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from skewers and put on individual plates. Serve with baked
potatoes. |
