Mushroom and Celery Salad


- 2 cups (480 ml) sliced cremini mushrooms
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp (8 ml) lemon juice
- 3 tsp (15 ml) olive oil

Mix together the mushrooms and celery. Arrange on serving plates and drizzle with the vinagrette of lemon juice and olive oil. Serves 2.
