Tortilla Wraps with Cream
"Cheese" and Olives - 4 soft flour tortillas - cream cheese
or Tofutti "Better Than Cream Cheese" - 4 tsp(20 ml) chopped green
olives - 4 green onions, finely chopped - 1 stalk celery, finely
chopped - 4 tsp(20 ml) chopped hot pepper rings
Spread the cream
cheese or Tofutti evenly on each of the four tortillas. Mix the other
ingredients and spread evenly over the tortillas. Roll each one turn from a
side, fold in the ends and continue rolling. Secure with a toothpick, if
required. Makes four wraps.
