Mock Chicken
Teriyaki - 1 pkg Yves Chicken Veggie Tenders - 1/2 cup
(120 ml) Teriyaki sauce - 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil - 2 green onions,
chopped
Marinate the chicken tenders in the Teriyaki sauce for about 1/2
hour, turning occasionally to ensure they are well coated. Sauté them in
the vegetable oil for a few minutes on each side until they are well browned.
Sprinkle the green onions on top when serving.
Serve with brown rice and
toasted almonds. Serves 2.
