Veggie Burger Helper - 3/4 cup (180 ml) pasta (short
cut) - 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil - 1 medium onion, diced - 1/2 pkg
Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original or a
similar product - 1 cup (240 ml) diced tomatoes (canned is fine) - 3/4
tsp (4 ml) salt - freshly ground pepper - 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh
parsley
Cook the pasta according to package directions and
drain. Cook the diced onion in olive oil over medium heat until the onion
has softened. Add the veggie ground round, tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer
for about five minutes. Mix with the pasta and top with fresh parsley. Serves
