What the web designer actually ate during a recent week!


Note for those who want to lose weight (just one of the many good reasons for going veggie): This web designer (female) is 5'6" (168 cm) and 120 lb (54 kg.) The week's menu below is quite typical. We also exercise approximately three times per week for a total of about 4 hours (mixing aerobic and weight training.) We usually have wine with dinner.

Monday - cereal with fresh raspberries and soy beverage - muffin - Mock Beef Stroganoff- sliced fresh tomatoes
Tuesday - toast - sandwich w/ Tofurky Hickory Smoked Deli Slices, lettuce, red onion, Nayonaise Indian restaurant meal - curried vegetables, rice, papadums, salad
Wednesday - English muffin w/ raspberry jam - salad w/ roasted red pepper, walnuts, radicchio, raspberry vinaigrette - quinoa salad w/ avocado, lime juice, onion, shallot
- Onion Soup
Thursday - cereal w/ soy beverage - vegetable sandwich - Salisbury Veggie Burger
- baked potato w/ Tofutti Sour Supreme
Friday - oatmeal porridge
- toast
- veggie dog - Quick Risotto
- celery, carrots, French bread
Saturday Bisquick biscuits - muffin - Shepherd's Pie, tossed salad, Apple Brown Betty for dessert
