Mock Chicken Teriyaki - 1 pkg Yves
Chicken Veggie Tenders or a similar product - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Teriyaki sauce - 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil - 2 green onions,
chopped
Marinate the chicken tenders in the Teriyaki sauce for about 1/2
hour, turning occasionally to ensure they are well coated. Sauté them in
the vegetable oil for a few minutes on each side until they are well browned.
Sprinkle the green onions on top when serving.
Serve with brown rice and
toasted sliced almonds. (To toast the almond slices, place in a non stick pan
over medium heat for a few minutes, until they start to brown.) Serves
