Spaghetti with Ready Made Sauce

- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup (240 ml) sliced cremini mushrooms
- 1 pkg Yves Veggie Meatballs
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) store bought pasta sauce
- spaghetti for 2

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. In the olive oil, sauté the onion, green pepper and mushrooms until softened. Add the veggie meatballs and cook for another few minutes. Stir in the sauce and continue cooking until the sauce is warmed through. Serve on top of the spaghetti.
Serves 2.
