Slaw - 2
cups (480 ml) shredded cabbage - 3/4 tsp (4 ml) salt - 1 carrot,
grated - 2 green onions, chopped - 1 tsp (5 ml) fresh parsley,
chopped Dressing: - 1 tbsp (15 ml) cider vinegar - 1/2 tbsp (8 ml)
maple syrup - 2 tbsp (30 ml) mayonnaise (or Nayonaise ) - 2 tbsp (30 ml) sour cream (or
Tofutti Sour Supreme)
Sprinkle
the salt on the shredded cabbage and let it stand while preparing the other
ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix well. Toss the cabbage
with the carrot, green onions, parsley, and the dressing. Chill for 1/2 hour
before serving. Serves 2.
