Chili
Veggie Burgers - 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil - 1 medium onion,
sliced - 1 green pepper, sliced - 2 veggie burgers (soy based) - 2/3
cup (160 ml) chili sauce - 2 hamburger buns, sliced
Cook the onion
and green pepper in olive oil over medium heat until well softened. Fry or
barbeque the veggie burgers according to package directions. When the onion and
green pepper are done, add the chili sauce and warm through. Lightly toast the
buns, add the veggie burgers and top with the chili mixture. Serve with French
fries. Serves 2.
