Polenta
with Veggie Pâté - 1 package prepared polenta (cylinder shaped
package about 8 inches (20 cm) long and 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter) - 1
package vegetarian pâté - jar of pickled sweet peppers -
olive oil
Slice the polenta in about 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) slices.
Sauté in olive oil over medium heat about 2 minutes per side. Let cool.
Place a thin slice of the veggie pâté on each polenta slice and
top with a small piece of pickled sweet pepper.
