Roasted Red
Pepper and Mango Salad - 1 pkg mixed baby greens - 1 roasted red
pepper, thinly sliced - approx. 24 walnut halves, toasted (350F (180C) for 5
min.) - 1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced - Kraft Signature Raspberry
Vinaigrette
This delicious salad is very
easy to make. If you cannot find the mixed baby greens, use lettuce. You can
buy roasted red peppers in a jar (be sure not to use the pickled ones for this
recipe.) Arrange the baby greens or lettuce leaves on four
individual salad plates. Add the red pepper, mango, and walnuts and drizzle
with the raspberry vinaigrette. Serves 4.
