Skewers with Peanut Sauce - 1 pkg Yves Veggie Satay
Skewers
Sauce: - 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut milk -
1 tbsp (15 ml) peanut butter - 1/2 tbsp (8 ml) soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp (8
ml) brown sugar
Cook the skewers according to package directions.
Combine the sauce ingredients, mixing well. Warm the sauce in the microwave or
on the stove top. Serve over the skewers with rice or noodles.
Serves 2.
