Tortilla
Wraps with Cream "Cheese" and Olives - 4 soft flour tortillas - 1/2 pkg Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese - 4 tsp(20 ml)
green olives, chopped - 4 green onions, finely chopped - 1 stalk celery,
finely chopped - 4 tsp(20 ml) hot pepper rings, chopped
Spread the
cream cheese or Tofutti evenly on each of the four tortillas. Mix the other
ingredients and spread evenly over the tortillas. Roll each one turn from a
side, fold in the ends and continue rolling. Secure with a toothpick, if
required. Serves 4.
