tbsp (30 ml)olive oil - 1 medium onion, diced - 1 pkg Yves Veggie Ground Round Original - 1/2 cup (120
ml) water - 2/3 cup (160 ml) ketchup - 1 tbsp (15 ml) vinegar - 1 tsp
(5 ml) vegetarian Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt - dash
Tobasco sauce - 4 hamburger buns, sliced
Cook the diced onion in
olive oil over medium heat until the onion has softened. Add the veggie ground
round, water, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and Tobasco. Simmer
for about 10 minutes. Lightly toast the hamburger buns. Place 1/4 of the
mixture on each of the four bottoms of the hamburger buns and then replace the
tops. Serves 4.
