Sourdough
Bread Pudding -
4 slices sourdough bread -
2 cups (480 ml) soy milk - 1 egg replacer - 3/4 cup (180 ml) brown
sugar - 1 tsp
(5 ml) cinnamon - 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
raisins - 1/2
cup (120 ml) walnuts, chopped
Tear the bread into pieces, place in a blender and
grind into crumbs.
In a bowl, mix well the bread crumbs with all the
other ingredients.
Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350F (180C) for 30
minutes.
Serves 4.
